Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your return is accepted due to a defective or broken product, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. For other returns, shipping fees may apply according to standard policies. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Additional details, such as a photo or video may be requested to process your return.

Undeliverable or Abandoned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or if the package is abandoned by the carrier (e.g., the customer fails to pick it up from the post office), we are not responsible for the cost of reshipping the order or for the package itself.
